Objectives: The Workshop aims to promote the practical achievements, problems and challenges in the field of mediation, especially emphasized in the ongoing conditions of the Pandemic COVID-19, finding models for greater inclusion of mediators in civil and criminal proceedings, including other areas of implementation of mediation. The regional approach is the starting point for the efficient functioning of modern corporations. The Workshop will enable presentation of the essence and value capacity of mediation as an out-of-court procedure, application of practical skills of mediators and emphasizing the essence and proactive role of the involved entities in the mediation procedure. By perceiving modern trends, the workshop aims to provide a high level of treatment and establish an economical and efficient approach to resolving disputes in judicial systems. The Workshop is structured as a unique, modern, sustainable model for analysis and sublimation of the practice of interpersonal mediation, an extremely current topic and reality. The aim of the Workshop is to further promote, intensify and focus on mediation by sharing practical examples of good practice for virtual dispute resolution with the help of mediators. In that sense, the presentation of mediators from the region will enable the wider audience to get acquainted with the new conditions, future expectations and challenges. The Workshop is conceived as a successful tool for promoting and supporting the importance and role of mediation in the developed world, with special emphasis on its application for effective dispute resolution in the region of Western Balkans. Topics: 1. Mediation and COVID - 19 The Pandemic COVID-19 has shown that no institution or individual can cope with the emerging economic, environmental, social and technological challenges of our complex and interdependent world.

2. The psychology of dispute As a consequence of the new normal, this thematic area examines the essence of dispute psychology. The world is facing challenges of unprecedented proportions.


3. Resolving disputes over return to work Extremely thematic area - worth researching that focuses on the sensitive reality that virtually every society faces in terms of emphasizing the capacity to overcome employment gaps. In essence, the most important thing is how the employer resolves the dispute with the employees, which due to the newly created conditions represent collateral damage with job loss. The application of mediation is one of the effective ways to overcome the labor dispute and return to work.

4. Medical Mediation Medical mediation expresses the reality that is happening in conditions of erosion of health and health systems in the global world. The topic is daily and ongoing, promoting opportunities to use mediation to overcome core issues and resolve disputes involving patients and health care providers.

5. Mediation and Emergency services High-pressure workplaces can increase the intensity of disputes. This creates the need to accept effective and flexible mediation.

6. Mediation and new technology The topic examines the impact of new technology on interpersonal disputes and the inevitability of mediation practice.

7. Mediation in the field of Insurance sector The mentioned sectors are gaining momentum and are a subject in mediation procedures as an opportunity for fast and efficient resolution of disputes.

8. Building dialogue Discovering the value and power of mediation to quickly, efficiently and economically resolve disputes between individuals with differences of ethnicity, religion, cultural affiliation and identity.
